2. PRIVATE MEMBER ASSOCIATION (PMA) STATUS

All offerings provided through this website are available exclusively to members of the Habibi Preservation Collective, a Private Member Association. This includes:

• Wellness and lifestyle services

By engaging with our site, you affirm your intent to become a private member of our PMA and agree to operate within the private domain under private contract law. Services are not available to the general public.

We do not offer refunds. Puppies are covered under our health warranty, and if a qualifying condition arises within the warranty period, a replacement puppy will be provided as outlined in our agreement.

All sales of courses, educational content, and digital programs are final and non-refundable.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This includes:

• Health and lifestyle details provided during matching or consultations
