In San Luis Obispo, CA, there are several families obsessed with the adorable Scarlett babies and the Habibi Bear.  Elliot, with his eye-catching merle coat and the son of our cherished Ivy and Hershey, shares his gentle essence with his beautiful puppies. These Elliot babies inherit their father's charm and are the epitome of what it means to be a lovable Habibi Bear, carrying forward a legacy of beauty and gentleness that's simply irresistible.

Emmy and Percy: A Match Made in Puppy Heaven!
I'm overjoyed to share that Emmy, our incredible mama dog, has been nothing short of amazing. Her first litter? A resounding success! It fills my heart to say that two of her pups have already embarked on their journeys, training for therapy roles in psychology offices. Can you imagine the comfort and love they're bringing to those spaces? 
We're all about creating connections that heal and Emmy's pups have proved to be naturals at this. It's the kind of update that just makes you want to cuddle all the puppies, right?
Now, hold onto your leashes because there's more exciting news ahead! Emmy and Percy are expecting a new litter, and we're gearing up for another wonderful experience. We're anticipating more sweet, intelligent puppies ready to be trained as loving therapy dogs, just like their siblings.

Honey is more than just a moyen Habibi; she embodies love and healing, carrying forward the extraordinary legacy of her therapy dog father, Larry and mother, Bianca. Bianca was not just the heart and soul of Habibi Bears, but also my partner in every way. She was a gifted soul who adored all puppies and stood by my side through thick and thin. Her absence left a void, but her spirit lives on through her beautiful daughters.
As we anticipate Honey's puppies, we feel excitement and nostalgia. For those of you who have been waiting for the special large-sized Habibi, a rarity in our breedings, this is your moment. Make sure to put your name on the list and be part of this unique chapter in the Habibi Bear story.

Puppy Process

  Puppy Application 

Please fill out our puppy application, this is the first step!
Check your email for a response, with info  on how to secure your place on the waiting list. 


Deposit & Contract

After connecting with Julie, we will send our contract agreement and info on how to submit your deposit ($1,000).  Once these items have been received you will be added to the Master Reservation List. You


Added to Waitlist

Once you have put a deposit down, you will be able to select the Litter/Pairing Wait List that you would like to be assigned.  Your placement on the Waitlist is based on your

placement on the Master Reservation List by deposit date.

 

Selection Day

Pick day will happen right after temperament testing, usually at 6 weeks.  Paid Waiting List families will be notified via email/text that puppies are ready to be matched.  Let the fun begin!

It's a Match

Puppies are matched to their family in the order of deposit received and our staff will email confirmation and your delivery/flights/pick-up will be added to our itinerary schedule!  If a family's puppy is attending Puppy Charm School, we will confirm the details and the puppy will transition to training.


Gotcha Day!

Yay, we made it! You are an official Habibi Bear parent! Delivery (if required) is scheduled on designated Gotcha Days; dates will be listed for each litter.
