Our waiting lists fill up rapidly due to the high demand for our Habibi Bear Puppies. To ensure you don't miss out, we recommend adding your name to the master list in advance. (you can view the list at the bottom of the page)   We accept  Applications and deposits for puppies per season, Spring/Summer and fall/Winter. When we release the next season's breeding plan, we will open the list for families to join the master list. As our parents are bred, we will add their details to the page. Each litter will have a First-Pick upgrade spot, which moves you to the front of the list.   In the event that we have two litters arriving at the same time, we will hold only one selection for that season. Those on the list will have the opportunity to choose from all the puppies available

Puppy adoption Process

 Discovery Call  

Let's connect!  We love to chat with our potential families to get to know you and your needs, its much easier to answer questions via phone than email.  Once we both feel like we are a good fit, then we will direct you to fill out the puppy questionnaire!  This is the magic that helps us match you to  your perfect puppy! 

Deposit & Contract

After connecting with Julie, we will send our contract agreement and info on submitting your deposit ($1,000).  Once these items have been received, you will be added to the Master Reservation List. 


Added to Waitlist

Once you have placed your deposit, you will be added to the (Season) Spring/Summer or Fall/Winter and (Year) of your choice.  Your position on the Waitlist is based on your placement on the Master Reservation List by deposit date.

 

Selection Day

Pick day will happen right after temperament testing, usually at 6 weeks.  Paid Waiting List families will be notified via email/text that puppies are ready to be matched.  Let the fun begin!

It's a Match

Puppies are matched to their family in the order of deposit received and our staff will email confirmation and your delivery/flights/pick-up will be added to our itinerary schedule!  If a family's puppy is attending Puppy Charm School, we will confirm the details and the puppy will transition to training.


Gotcha Day!

Yay, we made it! You are an official Habibi Bear parent! Delivery (if required) is scheduled on designated Gotcha Days; dates will be listed for each litter.

 If we don't hear from you or if you miss out on three opportunities, your name will be moved to the inactive list. We understand that life can get busy, and we are happy to hold your spot in line until things are more convenient for your schedule. Keeping in touch is important to keep your spot active. If you find yourself on the inactive list, don't worry—you can easily be added back by reaching out to us!
